employee center portal

 I have a requirement about the employee center portal to configure the "My active item" list view like same as attached image below So what we want do to achieves for this view please suggest

'My Active Item' widget is fetching the records from Employee Center -> Activity Configurations. You can amend the title/label or condition for the existing records or create new record as per the requirement (Example: Record to display My reservation )
