Hi
I am working in Xandu an I lost my pdi with a custom app. I installed Employee Center under my custom instance and I kept noticing that the dom plugin was not installing. I should have installed it globally for all of the updates. I have a wicked amount of tables to install that are not in the system. Will this hurt my workflows, or should I start over with a new instance rather wipe this and begin over? I see the employee portal in global but concerned about my automations

Hi @cj10121 ,
You have to start with new PDI instance again.
Once a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) is permanently lost due to inactivity (typically after 10 days), it generally can not recovered.
There is no support available to restore reclaimed PDIs.
Please check this Personal Developer Instance (PDI) Guide
Where it is written-
"When a PDI is reclaimed, the instance is unassigned from you, reset to its original state, and reassigned to another Developer Site user. Reclaiming instances allows ServiceNow to supply active developer site user with free instances."

I am not referring a lost pdi... I was referring an install for clarification.

Anyway, can you mention which DOM plugin you are talking which is not installing Can you share screen shot which error you are getting.
