enable "add to wishlist" button in request form in Employee Center

- "wish list" button is enabled in my Employee Center, and is visible in the navigation bar

- glide.ui.doctype is true

- wish list is enabled in catalog item 

- cannot update 'instance options' of a request

 

"add to wish list" button is not visible in request form, any idea how to fix this?
