Enable "Provide Feedback" option on the custom portal.

Hello everyone,

We are looking to implement the Out-of-the-Box (OOB) 'Provide Feedback' functionality on our custom portal. This feature is currently active on the Employee Service Center (ESC) portal, and we would like to enable the same capability for our custom portal.

Could you please advise on the steps required to enable this? I have attached a screenshot for reference.

Follow these steps to show "Provide Feedback" on Custom Portal :

 

  • Ensure that the header in your custom portal theme matches the header used in the Employee Center.

  • Then, create the feedback configuration and feedback definition for the custom portal.
