Hi everyone, we have a requirement to add feedback widget which will be visible at all pages of a portal whcih can capture the feedback of the user. I understand that there is feedback definition and feedback configuration module using which we can have the drawer widget in the custom portals. To do a test I tried to set up feedback configuration and feedback definition on sp portal to see how it would look, but I cant see the widget after the configuration and definition of feedback. Here is the screen short of the same-
Other than setting up feedback configuration and definition is there something else that should be done? Thanks in advance

Hi @Harsha_V ,
Your images are not displaying in the post, so can't quite see what you have configured. One thing to note is that the feedback widget is only available on Employee Center Pro pages - are you using EC Pro?
We were able to configure the feedback widget for our custom portal. We were able to accomplish this using the Insert functionality to copy the "Employee center feedback configuration" feedback configuration and the "Star rating for experience" feedback definition. Then updated the portal field on both records to remove the out-of-box employee center and add our custom employee center.

Feedback Definition
Feedback Configuration
Hi @Prinssi , Thanks for your reply. I tried to upload the image in this reply, but just in case if you couldn't see it let me explain what I configured. I had a requirement of using the feedback drawer widget in my custom portal, so just for experimenting in the PDI I tried to implement in service portal.
For that I
1) Created a Feedback configuration record and in portal field I set it as a service portal.
2) Created a new Feedback definition record by selecting the drawer option and again selecting the service portal.
In my PDI I am able to see the widget only when I change the theme to the EC Theme for the service portal. In your case is your custom portal theme same as the Employee center - EC Theme.

Hi @Harsha_V ,
Looking at your PDI config, I think the issue here is that you are using the out-of-box service portal and not an employee center. The feedback widget is only available on employee centers.
I'd recommend you start by cloning the Employee Center (esc) portal to get a separate custom employee center. Then, repeating the steps with the name of your newly created employee center above should work to show the feedback widget on that new portal.
