When I do import on Contact files through the Data Source,throwing some errors.Could anyone help to fix this error to run smooth transform.

nope, it will reject.
As per your screenshot the Choice action is reject, that's what I informed earlier
That's the reason the entire row is rejected.

the error clearly says record was rejected as company was not found
Did you check the field map for company target field?
Since company field on sys_user is Reference, the choice action must be set as "Reject"
When there is no matching company found then that row will be rejected

As per choice action,it has to ignore/skip the change.but it is throwing an error.
Source field-erpVendorId (Import set table)
Target field-Vendor(company)(Contact table)
reference field- u_erp_vendor_id (refering to Company table).
