Experts on-call contextual side menu shows "No recommended experts yet" in ServiceOperationWorkspace
I am trying to get Expert on-call group recommendation but it is showing ''No recommended experts yet". I have correctly updated the support group for Service, CI and also the Assignment groups but still it shows as blank.
Please provide your inputs if I am missing on activating any of the properties or plugins.
