filter out resolved tickets from service operations workspace

When I open the Service Operations Workspace, the overview shows me tickets that are unassigned in my group as well as those assigned directly to me. Sometimes I get a long list of these tickets. However, it shows Resolved tickets in the list, and those are just cluttering up the screen. Is there a way to change the default settings to not include Resolved tickets in my view?
