Filter the incidents from "My Tickets" page with the next condition

Hello everyone!

 I have a rather interesting request, more exactly, to filter the incidents from "My Tickets" page with the next condition "Filter all incidents that are in resolved state and they do not exceed 6 weeks since they are resolved." This implies a comparison with the current date, the question would be, is there a possibility to create a query that calls a script that makes the difference between the current date and the 6 weeks to compare them with the date when the incident was resolved?

Hey @Alex Tod1,

 

Are you referring to the 'My Requests' page in the portal? i.e.

If so, you can modify the filter by:

  • Navigate to Service Catalog > Catalog Administration > My Request Filter
  • Find the record where Table = Incident and Applies to = Service Portal
  • Modify the Filter, an example below:

Hi @Alex Tod1 ,

You can use the OOB Functionality of "My Request Filter" under Service catalog. 
There you can easily use the filter conditions to get the desired outcome.
