Getting ESC Portal Error on HRM Todos Summary Page

I am getting below error for some of the users.

@Community Alums Please check if you have any invalidated records in your Application Restricted Caller Access module. If you find some records there, please set their status to allowed in their respective scopes and check if it resolves your issue.
