Guided Tours

Hi All,

I am trying to create a guided tour on the new employee center, specifically for the mega menu.

My tour is set up as following:

1. Introduction

2. Step 1: The callout is on the "IT Menu".

3. Step 2: is a callout on one of the category in the mega-menu.

The issue is after clicking on the "IT" menu, the next step is not appearing in the tour.

Has anyone faced a similar issue?

For the Step 1 callout, did you set the 'Choose action' to 'Trigger next step on click'?

Guided tours are not supported on Workspaces by default. To enable support for it, configure the 'com.snc.guided_tours.standard_ui.enable' system property and set to it to 'true'.

Also, Standard Forms and Lists UI on workspaces are not supported yet.
