Header is not visible when opening portal in native UI

When we go to the homepage module which is under 'Knowledge' and click on it, it opens the portal where for us the header is not visible in native UI. It is showing footer and other widgets but only the header is missing. 

Please check and provide any solutions.

You need to check on the portal settings. OOB the 'homepage' under knowledge leads to the knowledge base homepage. Yours to some kind of portal. Without knowing what portal or what you are expecting or any portal design info, it's just guessing.

@Mark Manders The issue got resolved when I updated the display style in theme and added '!important'.
