Hide Standard Ticket attachments on closed incidents in the portal

I have used the OOB standard ticket attachment widget in my instance as well as PDI, this is working correctly in PDI, but not in my instance. Is there any configuration required to disable that icon or is it role-based?

 

My requirement is As a non-admin user on Employee center, the option to add attachments to closed incidents should not be available.

 

For reference, I have attached a screenshot of the icon that needs to be hidden.

Hi,

Navigate to Standard ticket -> Standard ticket configuration

Open incident table configuration

Go to the Tab configuration related list.

Open attachment tab configuration and add below condition to hide attachment tab for closed cases

Thanks for the reply,

But I do not want to hide attachment tab from the page, I just want to hide the attachment icon which is present at the right side of the page, screenshot is already attached for the same and I have highlighted icon with yellow color.
