Employee Center View Requests: adding details

Hello

 

I added a new ticket type to the "My Requests" View on the Employee Center by adding the ticket to the "My Requests Filter".

 

While that is good and all, I really want to be able to allow the user to view details of that request.  For example:

The Details tab is available for most ticket types, but for the custom one I am adding I can't see it.  Any way we can get this to turn on?

Have you already looked at ticket configuration records (table: ticket_configuration) and tab configuration records (table: ticket_tab_configuration)?  

That looks useful, but with regards to Ticket Tab configurations, how do I display the fields that I want from the form?  I know that the Variable Summarizer works for Catalog Item Variables, I just want this for fields on the form itself.
