Hi All,

How can we predit change category by using risk assessment in change module.

Is there any way to take the Risk assesment before submitting the CR, so that users can choose correct change category and submit the CR.

Or 

Any other suggestion or idea to choose correct change category by users before submitting CRs

Don't think it is possible with Risk assessment, you can try something with Predictive intelligence.
