How to add guided self-service to topic page?

Hello,
how can I add a guided self-service to a topic page?
I have tried with:
1. Widget Quick links: The guided self-service appears on the topic page but if I click on it nothing happens
2. Widget guided self-service processes for topics: I have add this widget in the page designer but I can't modify the widget or add something
The guided self-service is activated and I have also created the quick link already.

It sounds like you might be missing a few steps in the setup process. Even though the guided self-service is activated and the quick link is created, there are some additional configuration steps that could be causing the issue.

I have read the documents but still not sure which is the right widget to use?

Hi @NNL,
I tried configuring Guided Self-Service on a topic page using both the Quick Links on Topic Page widget and the Guided Self-Service processes for topics widget, and I noticed the same behavior. By default, neither of these widgets show an icon or description on esc portal they’re just clickable links.
Widget: Quick Links on Topic Page
Widget: Guided Self-Service Processes for Topics
If you want to display icons or descriptions, you’d likely need to customize the above widgets. That said, keep in mind that customizing the widget might affect future upgrades/updates, so it’s something to approach carefully.

Hello @M Iftikhar ,
in the video you can see that they have the guided self-service in the quicklinks widget with a picture. Also in my attached picture you can see that I have also add an icon. It is possible to add a picture/icon to quicklinks OOTB.
The only thing for me is that it will not trigger the flow when I click on the quick link widget from the Portal.
Only the widget Guided Self-Service Processes for Topics seems to trigger the flow for me.
