How to add guided self-service to topic page?

Hello,
how can I add a guided self-service to a topic page?
I have tried with:
1. Widget Quick links: The guided self-service appears on the topic page but if I click on it nothing happens
2. Widget guided self-service processes for topics: I have add this widget in the page designer but I can't modify the widget or add something
The guided self-service is activated and I have also created the quick link already.

Thank you for your quick feedback!
I have read the documents but still not sure which is the right widget to use?
1. Widget Quick links: It appears in the topic page with the icon but nothing happens when I click on it
2. Widget guided self-service processes for topics: It is now appearing in the topic page. But how can I add the icon and description to it? (widget below)
