How to add guided self-service to topic page?

Hello,

how can I add a guided self-service to a topic page?

I have tried with:

1. Widget Quick links: The guided self-service appears on the topic page but if I click on it nothing happens

2. Widget guided self-service processes for topics: I have add this widget in the page designer but I can't modify the widget or add something

The guided self-service is activated and I have also created the quick link already.

Hi @NNL,

I’m not sure if this will fully resolve it, but can you try adding the Guided Self-Service directly in the Quick Link configuration and then test if the flow triggers? It should look something like the example below:

This way the quick link is explicitly tied to the Guided Self-Service record, which might help ensure the click actually launches the flow.

Yes, I have already created the quicklink (Employee center -> quicklinks):

And it is also visible in the topic page with the icon, however if I clicked on it nothing happens- it will not trigger the flow:

Also the other two OOTB self-service do not trigger the flow.
