How to add items under overview tab in employee portal profile page

In the employee portal profile page, 'overview' tab is there. Under the overview tab, only  'About' is shown. I want to add 'team', 'my contacts' etc. How can I achieve this

To customize the Employee Portal Profile page and add additional sections like "Team" and "My Contacts" under the Overview tab, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure Your Current Scope is Employee Center Core.

  2. Open the following URL in your instance:
    https://<your-instance>.service-now.com/$spd.do#/sp_config/editor/hri_user_profile/

  3. In the page editor, search for the widgets:

    • HRI My Team

    • HRI Contacts

  4. Add these widgets to the page as per your requirements.

what do you mean by my contacts?

how are those contacts linked to user?

you can always create your own custom widget and add to that OOTB portal page.
