How to display employees in org chart

Hi guys,

 

can someone help me with the org chart in Employee Center? Because when i click on Profile > View Org Chart, the only person which appears is myself. 

 

In sys_user I created test users (they are active true etc.) and added my user in the manager field of them. Now I expected so see them, when I open the org chart on my account. I dont know what i do wrong, because the test users are working and the manager field is also not empty. Is their an additional configuration for the orgchart?

Please complete the following validations for the user setup:

1. Verify User Record

  • Ensure the user account is active.
  • Confirm the Manager field is populated with the correct manager.

2. Create the HR Profile

  • Create an HR Profile for the user if it does not already exist.
  • Make sure the Start Date is entered correctly on the HR Profile.

3. Validate Live Profile

  • Confirm that a Live Profile exists for the user.
    • The Org Chart widget retrieves employee information from the live_profile table, so this record must be present and accurate.
