I am working on Manager Hub and wanted to include details on Employee Details expanded contact card. I only have the options Location, Contact and Status. How can I add more fields from Employee Profile table onto this card?

Hi @Radha K ,
Technical Analysis: The "Employee Details" side panel in Manager Hub is typically driven by a standard Form View. Specifically, Manager Hub uses a view named "Manager Hub" (manager_hub) on the HR Profile table (sn_hr_core_profile) to determine which fields to display in that specific section.
How to add the fields:
Navigate to the HR Profile Table:
In the Filter Navigator, type sn_hr_core_profile.list and press Enter.
Open any HR Profile record from the list.
Switch to the "Manager Hub" View:
Click the Hamburger Menu (Additional Actions) in the form header.
Go to View and select Manager Hub.
Note: If you don't see "Manager Hub" in the list, try typing sys_user.list and checking the views there, but it is primarily on the HR Profile table.
Configure the Layout:
Once the form reloads in the "Manager Hub" view, right-click the form header.
Select Configure > Form Layout.
Add the desired fields (e.g., Department, Position, Business Phone) from the Available slushbucket to the Selected slushbucket.
Tip: You can dot-walk to the User table fields by selecting User [+] in the list and clicking the expand icon defined by the +.
Save:
Click Save.
Refresh your Manager Hub workspace to see the changes on the card.
Troubleshooting (If Form Layout doesn't reflect): If the changes do not appear, this specific card might be using a View Template (EVAM) configuration in UI Builder.
Navigate to EVAM > View Config Bundles.
Look for the Manager Hub bundle.
You would need to edit the associated View Template (JSON) to include the new fields, but the Form View method (steps 1-4) is the standard for this panel.
If this helps you customize the Employee card, please mark it as Accepted Solution.
Best regards,
Brandão.

@Itallo Brandão - thank you for your response. Please see my notes below.
- I checked both User and HR Profile tables but did not find any view name that contains Manager, Manager Hub or Employee.
- I searched for the view names in sys_ui_view table but still couldn't find anything.
- I navigated through EVAM > Vier Config Bundles and there is no record relating to Manager Hub or Employee Details. I did see a record for Employee Center Core but it is a store app record that we usually see from plugin activation to manager developers or their permissions.

Hi @Radha K ,
Thank you for the detailed feedback. It is very interesting that the Manager Hub view is missing from your instance, as it is the standard mechanism documented for this feature.
If the view record does not exist in the sys_ui_view table, the system is likely falling back to the Default or Workspace view, which explains why you see limited fields.
The Solution: Manually Create the View Since the Manager Hub code is programmed to look for a view named manager_hub, you can simply create it manually. The system will then prioritize your new view over the fallback.
Here is how to force the configuration:
Step 1: Create the View Record
Navigate to System UI > Views (sys_ui_view.list).
Click New.
Name: manager_hub (This must be exact, all lowercase).
Title: Manager Hub
Click Submit.
Step 2: Configure the Form Layout
Now that the view exists, we need to assign fields to it on the HR Profile table.
Navigate to the HR Profile table (sn_hr_core_profile.list).
Open any record.
Force the view in the URL:
Since the view is empty, you might not be able to select it from the menu yet.
In the browser URL bar, look for the sys_id=... part.
Append &sysparm_view=manager_hub to the end of the URL and press Enter.
Result: The form should reload (likely empty or with just default fields).
Configure:
Right-click the header > Configure > Form Layout.
Verify the "View name" at the top says Manager Hub.
Add your desired fields (Department, Position, etc.).
Save.
Step 3: Verify in Workspace
Go back to Manager Hub.
Refresh the page.
Open the expanded card/panel again. It should now respect the layout you just created.
Alternative: Check the sys_popup View If the "Expanded Card" you are referring to is a smaller "hover" or "preview" card rather than the full side panel, the system might be using the sys_popup view.
Repeat the steps above, but select the Sys_popup view on the HR Profile table and add fields there.
Important Note on Scopes: Ensure you are in the Global scope or the Human Resources: Core scope when configuring the HR Profile layout, as the table belongs to HR Core.
If this manual creation solves the missing field issue, please mark it as Accepted Solution.
Best regards,
Brandão.

@Itallo Brandão Thank you for your response. I did create a new view named Manager Hub on the HR Profile. Upon configuring, I see some fields are pushed to this view, so I added some more to test the Manager Hub expanded menu. However, there is no change on that and it is still displaying the same three fields, Location, Status and Contact. This time, I checked a user who is a manager and I also see Reports to is also included within that card
