How to audit record producer variables in activity if values changes in variable formatter  after submission of HR case.

FYI we have created one Variable formatter on hr case table. Need help on how to audit the variables if anyone values changes in formatter.

You could look at creating a business rule on the question_answer table to add a journal entry to the parent case.
