Dynamic Table Name on Standard Ticket Pages in the Portal

Steps:

1. Navigate to All > Service Portal > Pages.

2. Search for standard_ticket in the ID column.

3. Open the Standard Ticket page record.

4. In the Dynamic page title field, you’ll see something like: "My Request - %title".

7. Update the Dynamic page title field to use your new variable, for example: "My %tableName - %title".

Result: The page title will now dynamically display the table name along with the record title.

Note :

  • Go to All > Service Portal > Page Route Maps.

  • Check the Route to column to confirm where this page is being used.

  • If needed for all portals, no further action is required.

  • If you only want it for a specific portal, clone the page and update the Route to field in that portal’s record.
