How to change the message when changing the language?

Hi guys, I am asking for your help. 

I am using the English language at the Employee center to Approve the request and it shows the message like the image below 

Now, when I change the language to Japanese, it still displays the message in English. My requirement is when I change the language from English to Japanese, the message text will be in Japanese instead. Could anyone help me how can I do this? Thank you

Hi @LinhN,

If you've enabled the Japanese language on the instance (which I assume you have otherwise you wouldn't be asking the question and we wouldn't be having this discussion haha) - it is absolutely possible.

For you own peace of mind, it took me a few attempts to configure this as there is both an approval message with a full stop at the end, and one without - this makes a difference.

The translation and key needs to be exact. I can forward you the xml file which you can import into your instance if you want. Sadly I can't attach it to this post. I'll reach out to you via the community email and we can go from there but this is absolutely possible.
