enabled content engagement but not showing on Ec pro portal

I’ve enabled content engagement, but it’s not appearing on the EC Pro portal. Can you assist me with this?

Please provide details on the steps you have executed so far and some screenshots if possible.

Despite enabling the content engagement features such as ‘Allow comments,’ ‘Allow reactions,’ and ‘Show views,’ they are not appearing on the portal for the news article published.

Your setup looks correct and with OOB settings engagement options should work on a published news article, are there any console errors on the page?
