In portal we have one widget and it is for record producer (create an incident) . once user click on it we will see a form, inside that we have some variables, based on one variable single line text we are showing some KB articles. If user has read any article and it is helpful for him then deflection will happen. If you provide any suggestion it would be great helpful for me..
