How to configure Required Field scorecard metrics to measure CMDB record completeness

Hello All,

We have requirement to configure Required Field scorecard metrics to measure CMDB record completeness. We would like to set up below parameters : 

Scope limited to Principal CI Classes only
• Metric Type: Required
• Thresholds (Out of the Box):
Lower Threshold: 33
Upper Threshold: 67

We are on zurich release. But i did not find a way ( from UI) to configure these things. Coudl you please guide me about how to do it ?
