Hi Team,
I have a requirement to show the content items in ESC portal which are not having catalog(sc_catalog) assigned on topic content widget in ESC Portal. As a OOB behavior Content items with no catalogs assigned will not show up in portal.
Do anyone have idea how this can be achieved?
The above image is the content item that's created with catalog assigned as service catalog.
The above image shows visibility of content item in Topic content widget since the catalog is assigned. Other wise it will not appear.
Can someone assist where exactly this logic can be implemented?
