How to display RITMs while using Enhanced Requests Experience?

Hi all,

I am currently trying to implement the Enhanced Requests Experience in Employee Center. I would like for the "my requests" page (ec_requests) to only show RITMs and not requests, something which I had already accomplished using the older version of the page (my_requests). I have opted in to advanced requests and deactivated the OOB source configurations for requests and RITMs. I also created a new source configuration for RITMs matching my criteria. The issue I am having is that no RITMs are appearing on the page. I assume there is something else I have to change for the page to show RITMs, but I am unsure of what it is.

this should basically be your source configuration, as this is based on the table and the filter condition. Have you also ensured that you’re utilizing the OOTB widget and not a custom widget on your portal?

It's the OOB widget, when I disabled the OOB source configs for requests and RITMs they stopped showing up in the portal
