How to edit a request from the catalog

Hi, team.

I am creating a workflow to create a request from the Employment Center catalog and approve it using the Flow Designer.

I would like to know how to edit the contents of Variables requested by the applicant from the Employment Center.

Please let me know if there is a way to set up the Employment Center or allow applicants to edit in Flow Designer.

Hi @MakotoHorioka ,

When you say you want to edit variables, what do you mean?

 

If you have created a Catalog Item, you can use the 'Service Catalog' trigger in Flow, to go through a Flow creation process that you can then use each time the catalog item is requested. 

 

As part of that flow, you are likely going to pull the Variables into a SC Task for someone to action. Possible here you could change the variables in the Flow, or if you have the Variable editor as editable, the Task owner can make changes
