How can users modify their own data in Employee Center?

In the old Service Portal days, users could go to SP and add/modify data about themselves.
This option is not present in Employee Center. Is there a way to allow this self-service capability when the data from Active Directory is not reliable? The Employee Profile store app provides only read-only information.

Hello,
As a admin I can edit those fields even in employee center. if you are not a admin or if you want users who do not have admin role for it to be edited please check if the roles users have matches the ACL roles required to edit in the sys_user table for those field.
