How to make knowledge feedback tasks visible under "My Requests" in Employee Center Portal

How to make the knowledge feedback tasks to be visible (along with other requests raised) under "My Requests" in Employee Center Portal.

I have the exact same question - users should be able to see KFT listed uner "My Tasks" as well as any submitter that leaves feedback, should be able to pull up this KFT under my tasks as well so they can see the progress.
