How to rename 'Cart' label on ESC Portal?

You can edit the key "Cart" in '"sys_ui_message" table.

 

Steps to Rename Cart:

Go to System UI > Messages >Search for Key: "Cart" and replace the message from "Cart" to the message you want to display.

Thanks, but i only want to update it on a specific portal.

Always a word of caution: as "Cart" is reasonably generic term, it might be used in a ton of places in your instance. Updating this according to the blog (and the response from @DritonC) might affect multiple places in your instance. Be aware of that!

Thank you for your article, my problem is i only need to update this on a spcific portal. and as you mention using Messages could change it in a lot more places than required.
