how to report on SLA definition linked to requested item?

I'm trying to join the 3 tables sc_req_item,  task_sla, sc_cat_item to report on the SLA definition linked to the requested item without success. is there something wrong with the database view I created?

Hi @RockP ,

 

why don’t you just dot-walk from task_sla —> sc_req_item —> sc_cat_item instead of creating a database view and joining all of them?
