How to sort Ai search facets in ESC portal

whenever something is searched using AI Search, I want to sort filter options (country names) in alphabetical order in Employee center portal

Hi @priyasree  unfortunately there is not an OOTB option on that widget to sort. You would need to clone the widget, and then add your own code to provide an option to sort.

Feels like worth a post on the Idea Hub, as I feel there should be a sorting option here

Hi @Dan O Connor , I tried cloning the widget and adding a sort method, But no changes were seen, I can see the facet data is stored in form of JSON,

Any ideas on how to sort facet data alphabetically
