How to Update Contact Information and Link Custom Catalog in ServiceNow's Get Support Modal?

Hi all,

I need some assistance with customizing the "Get Support" modal in ServiceNow. Specifically, I would like to:

  1. Update the contact number in the "Contact Us" section. The current number is incorrect, and I need to replace it with a new one. How can I update this in the platform?

  2. Link a custom catalog under the "Request Password Reset" section. I want to create a custom catalog item and make it available within this section for users to access.

Can anyone guide me on how to achieve these customizations, ideally through the ServiceNow interface or using scripts? Any pointers or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
