How to update out of date plugins in employee center?

Hi,

      I have to update employee center outdated plugins, so that the announcement should not be display again to the users instance. I have updated the plugins (Employee center, employee center core) but still I got that red announcement when I impersonate to the different user. so how to upgrade.

Service Portal > Announcements

 

On a nearly out-of-the-box instance, I see these two:

So again, just deactivate them.

You will need to deactivate that announcement manually.

Hi there,

 

Just browse to your Announcements table, and have a look which Announcement this might be. And than just deactivate it 🙂
