Hi, testing in a PDI with OOB record producer and portal form I can see variables on additional details tab.

Is this issue specific to a certain role? What are the results of your investigation\diagnosis?

I have an admin role, but I still can't see the variables.

Hi @JRY I think you have placed wrong configuration over here, The error says no TO dos are assigned, this is not a variable widget, Ensure you have a correct setting under "Standard Configuration" for your record producer table such as incident

Ensure you have the below tab setup to display variables
