Hi,
I have to transfer HR case. When user click on Transfer to IT button it should open as attached screenshot to transfer HR case to assignment group. This we are having in place in platform view and we have to achieve it in agent workspace view. I have added Transfer to IT button in agent workspace view and after clicking on this it should open form to assign that HR case to assignment group.

When we click on Transfer to IT button it should open above form.
I have added above code to achieve that in agent workspace but it is not working.
Can anyone please help me to achieve that.
