i lost my instance  after integration done with jira. how can i retrieve it

Hi @karuna v ,

 

What do you mean by "you lost your instance"? Do you refer to your PDI? If yes, then log in to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home and access instance from here. If your instance is not available here, and your only option is to request a fresh installation, then there is no possible way to reclaim your instance, as ServiceNow then have put it back to the pool. Your only option here will be to start from a fresh installation.

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear that!

 

Don't get me wrong, though posting your question here won't do anything. We all cannot do anything for you. As you probably already know,  there is no support for PDIs, this is already for a while, nothing new, thousands of similar posts have been made.

 

Only thing you can do:
1) Wait and hope your PDI gets back alive
- OR -
2) Request a new PDI

Be aware, PDIs can always suddenly (and without any notice) drop. So always backup your work.
