Hi Experts,
I’m facing an issue where the “Ignore Mandatory Evaluation” setting on an Order Guide does not behave as expected on the Employee Center (EC) Portal, even though it works correctly in the native platform view.
Here’s what I’ve already verified:
- Ignore Mandatory Evaluation is set to True on the Order Guide.
- The system property glide.sc.guide.tab.validate (Validate mandatory fields when switching tabs in “Choose Options” section of Order Guides”) is set to false.
Any thoughts?
