In ESC "My request" is not navigating to the Order summary page.

In ESC "My request" is not navigating to the Order summary page.
It is showing the "Record not found".
I changed the My request filter's Service Catalog Request Portal table to "Requested item". But when i create a new request it is going correctly, But not going to Order summary page when i try to go by "My Request".
