KB Articles can not search and visible into ESC Portal.

Dear Friends, 

We are facing one issue for Knowledge Management. KB Articles that are published and Active, But users can not found or view articles into ESC Portal while they put KB Number into Search. 

 

When we have performed troubleshooting, we have found that, there is one Taxonomy Topic Column on Article and if any Article having any valid value into this like connected content or taxonomy then articles can come into ESC portal else not. 

Since, our KM Managers don't know and can not update these value one by one for all articles.

So, why we are not able to search articles with number from portal.
