Knowledge article not mapping automatically to topic when article category modified -Employee center

I added 'Java' category to knowledge category to a subtopic, the article with 'Java' category appeared in connected content.

While I modify the knowledge article category from 'Java' to  some other, still the article is mapped to that topic where I have added the java knowledge category. It should be removed from connected content to that topic, which is not happening.

 

Should I run any scripts?

Thanks for the reply. I followed that process and knowledge articles are mapping to topics, but the issue is when I modify the kb_category, it is not automatically removed from the previous connected topic.

Unfortunately, it won't be doing it automatically.

Is there any supporting document for that, or should I raise HI ticket to get it conformed. Client needs a evidence to accept.😀
