Knowledge Search page error

Hi all,
I really need your support regarding an received error on the Knowledge Search page.
1. Using Knowledge Homepage Search Widget for knowledge search, the search page results is loading, and after 2 seconds the following error appears as in picture (this part is automatically added at the end of the link: "sysparm_use_polaris=false"). I want to mention that initially the page has working properlly.
2. Another issue is that on the general portal search the results page is populating correctly (case+KA), the requests can be opened directlly from there but we can't access the articles from that search page results.
Please let me know if you have any recommandation on how can I fix this.
