Link Content Video not working Youtube

Okay, so this is me practicing campaigns in my PDI, so I am fully aware I might have missed something, Attached are Screenshots, This To-do video article links from a button on the Banner, and loads as expected in the To-do section of the EC Pro Portal, However whilst it displayed the text the link said it was broken. So I embedded the same video link into the HTML section under my text to check it was working. The Video clearly works, but I would like to know why the Video Link doesn't. Have I missed a step somewhere?

Just to clarify where do you want the video to embed? Are we talking about a content campaign or a video widget? 

I forget the specifics of the top of my head, but there are some issues with directly rendering/embedding YouTube links (and some other platforms) into Employee Center.

I don't think copywright is the correct word (struggling to remember) but it's effectively a safeguard with some platforms like YouTube. I'll try find the specifics I read earlier in the year on this

Hi Dan, 

This is Campaign Content, I suspect you are correct with the idea of rendering the links, as it currently works as an embedded HTML link I'm okay, but its a shame that it doesn't work with the Content Library as intended.

Yeah I must try find the article I read on this for you. I think it's a decision we made to mitigate potential liabilities that can occur when linking from Youtube.
