Live Agent not working, showing no agent available all the time

Can anyone please help me on why my live agent is not working although here I think I have configured everything

Hi @Apaul ,

 Agents need to accept the Live agent Request. If no Agent accept it and time passes, it will show as 'No agent Available' message. So as per your agent config, Someone from HR admin agent have to accept the Request.

 

Other thing could be the Scheduled Job Chat work item time out is deactivated. URL to the same would be as below
