Manage Notifications on Employee Center

Has anybody developed a way for end users to manage their notifications on Employee Center? I don't mean the notifications on employee center plug-in. That doesn't give users the ability to opt-in and opt-out to subscribable notifications. Is the only method redirecting them to the platform notification preferences?

@swnewton If the OOB widgets "Notification Preferences" or " Subscription & Notification Preferences" does not suffice your requirement, then it has to be built as a custom widget.

The Subscription one shows promise. I can't find documentation to make certain notifications appear there. I have emails marked as subscribable, but that doesn't appear to do anything.

@swnewton Couldn't find the documentation either, just searched for related widgets to answer this question.
