Manager Hub View as not allowing attachments to be viewed

Hi all!  We are currently using Manager Hub mainly for the ability for managers to search and view knowledge as one of their direct reports.  We've run into an issue where if there is an attachment on an article, the manager is unable to download/view the attachment if they are viewing the article as a direct report.

 

We have had a ticket open with HI without a resolution.  Hoping someone else may have experience this and fixed or has any ideas.  I imagine it has something to do with the ACL's on the sys_attachment table, but the debugger is not showing anything preventing access.  So a little stumped!

Check if "sn_mh.manager_hub_user" role has Read access to sys_attachment table.

 

Hey Sandeep!  Thank you for your suggestion.  We did try that and still no luck with the attachment actually downloading or opening.  It still just opens up in a blank browser window.
