Mega menu doesn't mirror taxonomy in employee portal

Hi there, 

 

I set up a new topic in taxonomy (parent employee), and it appears on the portal but not on the mega menu. 

 

There's content associated to it as well as a child topic.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Hi @MarinaN ,

 

Navigate to Advance portal navigation for your taxonomy and validate that topic is active there as well.

Hi @MarinaN , can you share some screenshots please? May be by looking at it, I can provide some better overview..

 

But as per my understanding, ensure the topic is active and has at least one connected content item, then manually sync the Advanced Portal Navigation hierarchy and clear cache or re‑login so the new taxonomy topic appears in the mega menu.

So the taxonomy is active and has active connected items
