Hello All,

 

When I am resizing the size of chrome browser to 90% then mega menu is visible if I reset to its default size that is 100 % then mega menu is not visible. For Microsoft edge it is behaving differently it is coming when I resizing the size to around 75%, if someone knows it is the OOB behavior then please let me know it will be great help.

Chrome is the recommended browser for the ServiceNow.
This is the OOB behavior which depends on the Size of the browser.

But in chrome also it is coming when i making the size around 90% , why it is not working for default size that is 100% .Do you know official document of servicenow where it is mentioned.?
